A fan of the Boston Marathon has returned to cheering the Boston Marathoners on October 11. Spencer, the beloved golden retriever who went viral in 2018 for cheering in runners, almost died in 2020 due to a tumor. The dog miraculously survived the ordeal and is back to giving smiles at the race.
