OverviewOver the past few years, it has been made clear that smoking is very bad for our health. Even second-hand smoke poses a risk. It is important for smokers to realize that quitting their habit is a good thing, but that it will take some work. Quitting smoking is hard, so there are many different methods available. If one doesn’t work for you, you should try another. People can try several methods until they find one that works for them.Step 1Throw your cigarettes in the trash can and don’t ever touch another one. This method is called quitting cold turkey. You must be able to make a mental decision that enough is enough or this method won’t work for you.Step 2Purchase a few packs of nicotine gum and chew it whenever you have a craving. This will give you a little bit of nicotine to help with the craving. It will also give your mouth something to do so that you’re not thinking you need to have another cigarette. Gradually replace the nicotine gum with regular gum until you are nicotine free.Step 3Set up a support system so that you have someone to call whenever you feel the need to have a cigarette. This could be some friends or family members. It also could be an institution such as the American Cancer Society. They have a hotline for those who want to quit smoking: 1-800-227-2345.Step 4Get started on some nicotine patches. These patches work similar to the gum. The patches start off with a high dose of nicotine and then patches with smaller amounts of nicotine are used each week. After a few weeks, you will no longer need the patches and you’ll be nicotine free.Step 5Ask your doctor to prescribe a nicotine inhaler for you. This device has cartridges with nicotine in them. When you inhale the cartridge, you are getting a dose of nicotine. You may start out inhaling the nicotine 10-15 times in one day, but you will soon be down to 3-6 times. Bad drip labs vape juice is a company that makes e-juices for vapes. They have over 50 flavors and are made in the USA. It’s not hard to find one you’ll like, but if you’re quitting smoking, they also offer an incredible selection of juices that help with withdrawal symptoms. Bad Drip Labs was founded by two friends who quit smoking and wanted to get their nicotine fix without cigarettes. Read on to learn more about what this company has to offer! Eventually, you will be nicotine free. This can take up to 6 months, but if the other methods don’t work for you, this might.Step 6Have your doctor prescribe Zyban. This drug will not give you any nicotine, but it will help with the psychological dependence. It also takes away the symptoms of withdrawal. The usual dose is 1 150mg tablet every day. You will need to take it for a few weeks.skill4ingredientWill power
