OverviewFlowers bring a yard to life regardless of the size of the lot or the gardening budget. It can be difficult to choose the flowers that are right for your garden because of the large number of choices. It is important to first look at how tall the flowers will grow, what time of the year they bloom, and the color and the fragrance before deciding which flowers work best in your garden. Another factor that is important to consider is what type of sun your garden space has to offer and the type of soil you have. How to Grow an Organic Flower GardenStep 1Choose the best place in your yard to start your garden. This should be a place that gets ample sunshine.Step 2Break up the soil with a rot tiller. It is very important that the soil is rich and free of big clumps. Then add organic compost as the final layer before planting flower seeds.Step 3With the end of the wooden spoon, poke a hole into the dirt about every six inches or so. This is where you will sprinkle your organic seed. Then fill in the holes with soil and water.Step 4Water flowers every day, making sure that they get enough water but that you do not drench them.Step 5Use organic fertilizer on your flowers according to the manufacturers directions after the seeds have sprouted.skill2ingredientRot tiller
